I believe that communication is one of the central and universal reasons why artists do their art. It is certainly one of the main reasons I do mine. I am also a big believer in participatory art. I am excited by the fact that even viewers who feel they have no artistic talent,
can move and change my figurative sculptures to rearrange them and create new forms, balance, tensions and interactions. To me,
the full circle moment of communication is then complete.
This participatory spirit also extends to my line of unique wearable
art jewelry.
I have been a sculptor with the Zenith Gallery in Washington DC for the past 36 years and have also participated in various shows including New York, Florida, Pennsylvania, and Arizona.
